Refund Policy

At OpenXLearn, we want you to be satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for subscriptions and prepaid hour packages. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Subscription Refunds

1.1 Satisfaction Guarantee (First 48 Hours)

If you are a first-time subscriber and are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of your initial subscription purchase. Upon approval, your access will be revoked immediately and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

1.2 After the 48-Hour Window

After the initial 48-hour satisfaction guarantee period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.

1.3 Recurring Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you no longer wish to continue. Charges incurred due to failure to cancel before renewal are not eligible for refund.

2. Prepaid Hour Package Refunds

Prepaid hour packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-transferable. Expired, unused hours are not eligible for refund.

3. Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial of 5 hours over 7 days, whichever limit is reached first. The free trial does not require payment information upfront. No refunds apply to free trial usage as no charge is incurred.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email us at OpenXLearn@outlook.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
  2. Include your account email address and the reason for your request.
  3. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

5. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds or credits outside of the standard policy in the following cases:

  • Extended service outages or technical issues that prevent you from using the Service.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges.
  • Other exceptional circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us at OpenXLearn@outlook.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension and difficulty resolving the issue.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
